I had a fantastic stay here. The location was perfect, close to the center of town but in a quiet area. Being by the river and close to the Lao foreshore provided a wonderful ambiance. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. They didn't speak English fluently but still managed to assist me.

There were some cleanliness issues in the standard rooms, with a noticeable moldy smell and a lack of cleanliness in the bathroom.

They were always ready to assist and made me feel welcome. Additionally, my room had a private balcony with a good view, allowing me to relax and soak in the peaceful surroundings. Lastly, the hotel offered great value for money, with breakfast included in the price. I was impressed with the attention to detail and basic amenities provided at this hotel.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my Christmas getaway. It was situated close to the river bank, which made for a pleasant stroll to the nearby bars, entertainment, and market area. The staff at the hotel were exceptional - always smiling and friendly, they couldn't do enough to make my stay enjoyable. One of the highlights was sitting on the balcony, sipping on an icy cold beer, and admiring the beautiful view of the river and the opposite shore. It was truly relaxing and serene.
